it depends on what type of hair you have. if you have proper coarse african hair and its at regrowth stage where you are not going to relax it then i find that motions is usually good. i have curly thick hair and when i relaxed my hair it began to break during the regrowth stage, but motions was a good move. its a yellowish orange label. but then dark n lovely are good for their treatments for black hair as they specialize in that. alot of american's use keracare, another good one for if your going back to natural but want to use all the treatments for your hair as well. i was using that for a while but i ran out of it and nowhere else around me sold it.
