I've heard of it. Have you read the label cause if it doesnt have the good stuff like B-vitamins, including Niacin and Biotin, Amino Acids, and Iron, dont get it.... Other goodies are Flaxseed and MSM (which prolongs the lifespan of hair, allowing you to have longer hair)

there is no pill that can make your hair grow faster. Hair grows any where from 1/4 to an inch in 4 weeks. but taking vitamins is deffinatly a good way to get it to grow healthier
