i do know that if you stay on the Adkins diet for a long time your hair won't grow as fast and will thin out. you do need carbs in the diet. they need to be balanced and simple carbs.





nioxin will not help if it is a medical problem or dietary problem.

But I've heard great things about Nioxin from my the owner of a beauty school I attended. It basically plumps up the hair that you do have, creating the illusion that more hair has grown.I was wondering if nioxin is a good product for people with thinning hair has anyone had hair regrowth?
I've never tried it. But i've heard that once you start trying hair growin products you have to keep doing it or it all stops again and you go bald again.
