if i take 5mg daily one its good for hair regrowth because i lost hair during a fight they pulled my hair i lost some hair not much but that hair will grow again fromm roots if i take biotin 5mg dailyCan any one tell me biotin tablets used for hair regrowth?
The hair will regrow without using Biotin. Biotin is a waste of money.
