You will have to wait until they grow back, wait about a week or 2 until your eye brow hairs start growing back, or you can just use eye shadow to make them look a little bit thicker.
This is why idon't like it when other people do my eyebrows....waxing sucks ! it either takes too much hair off or not enough arch to them.
good luck and sorry there's no other way of letting them grow back faster :(
