Hair regrowth?

I've always been slightly mad with my look, i'm contstantly changing it. But now i'm bored and i want to go back to being natural but before i can re dye my hair near to my natural colour i need to regrow it and make it more healthly.


Does anyone know any vitaims or hair shampoo i can take, something which is quick and easy as i'm always busy.


Also does anyone know how to regrow eyebrows??

I feel for you... I'm going through both of the same issues! For colored hair, Pureology Nanoworks is supposed to be great - but its expensive. I am a fan of Kerastace - also expensive! They have little vials of serum that are amazing. Kiehl's Olive Oil conditioner (which you only need to leave in a couple of minutes in the shower) and Kiehl's leave in conditioner really help my hair feel healthier, too. Bumble %26amp; Bumble Deeep is really good but you need to leave it in a while - sometimes I sleep with it in my hair. As far as growing hair back... Based upon a lot of internet research, I am taking Hairtopia, Biotin, and GNC Omega 3/6/9. The receptionist at my salon recommended Nioxin shampoo but I haven't tried it yet. I have been reading that a supplement called MSM is supposed to help with hair growth also and I'm going to try it, too! I 'm not sure if anything's making a difference as far as growing the hair on my head faster. I wasn't measuing the growth rate before I got chemically damaged and the haircut from hell. I think the Hairtopia may be making me break out (and I'm in my 40s!) My eyebrow I messed up in August may or may not come back - ever. In my experience, some hairs do and some don't - even afte being tweezed only once. I'm using Rogaine on my brows now - Men's 5% applied with a Q-tip and stimulating them with a toothbrush. (my dermatologist said to give it a try) and I'm also going to try a product from a french company, Talika, that has gotten good reviews. I share all of this because I have spent way too much time reseaching it! I wish I could tell you that something's definitely working but I think the only thing that all of this is definitely growing faster and thicker is my pubic hair - which I don't want and wax to get rid of!
