Ever experienced hair regrowth after thinning?

I've heard that hair loss can be a result of malnutrition, specifically from iron deficiency in one's diet. I think I may be experiencing this, but has anyone gone through this and noticed a regrowth of thicker hair (or just regrowth) after supplementing your diet?Ever experienced hair regrowth after thinning?
I have had the same happen to me as well, once from nutrition and once from a medication. It grows back and it will look better than before in my opinion. It just takes time, thats all.Ever experienced hair regrowth after thinning?

I'm loosing hair.. I've never tried anything for it. But my family is known for an iron deficiency. Thanks for the tip.





I'm sure that it does grow back.
My father did. He quit perming his hair (he came from that era.) And started taking vitamins and it grew back in a bit, though he never regained all of his hair, he stopped himself from going bald.
