Rogain is one but you might see your doctor to have blood work checking for hormone levels and have your scalp checked for harding of the skin that could cause the hair to become unable to grow. Stress and some meds can have effect on the growth. Over coloring and perming for years doesn't help. There are many products that a waist of time and money see or doctor and get the inside picture first. Good luck and best wishes
